        b. Install steel reinforcing bars to meet or exceed local code

        c. Brace and tie the rebar to ensure that it stays in place        

            during the stresses of the pour

        d. Use the best aluminum forms to eliminate pillowing and      

            misaligned walls

        e. Pour a quality wall mix at the correct viscosity to

            ensure a strong wall.
